Policy on Return Goods
1. Any returns of goods sold will not be accepted in case of any impact on the second sale.

2. If you need to return the goods, please contact us via email, online customer service, and hotline. Our company will refuse to accept any parcels of returned goods if the goods are returned without going through the return procedures.

3. If there are obvious quality problems in the goods, the buyer must provide clear and visible pictures of the goods with quality problems and sent them to the designated mailbox. After professional and strict evaluation process, the evaluation results will be replied by email.

4. We will purchase corresponding express insurance for each product in shipment. We suggest the buyer to buy express insurance during the process of return.

5. Once the goods are received, the buyer cannot return goods for subjective reasons such as “dislike/don’t want to buy”.

6. The returned goods must remain as conditions before the sale:
(1)Keep intact package, attached accessories, warranty card/certificate and sales invoices.
(2) Not having been worn, used or modified.
(3) No any damage of appearance
(4) Internal seal identification has not been torn.

7.If it is confirmed that the goods need to be returned, members are required to wrap the goods, relevant accessories and gifts well and pack properly (fill the express boxes with fillings to prevent the goods from damages caused by shaking in the boxes). In case of any missing or damages of accessories, your application process of returns will be affected. The risk of damages and losses of the goods due to improper handling and any reason whatsoever in the course of returns will be borne by the buyer and our company will not make any compensation or refund.

8. All goods from our company are pasted with anti-counterfeiting label and relevant photographic files are kept, which will be sent to the customer by email for review before the delivery. The returns or exchanges of goods delivered back without anti-counterfeiting label or damaged will not be accepted.

9. In the process of photography, there exist chromatic aberrations due to the problems of lighting, equipment, angles and others problems. The goods are subject to material objects.

10. Our company has set up a good reputation by virtue of honest and prudent style. If customers challenged about our company’s products, please show a written affirmation by professional quality control and supervision authority. All problems will be handled in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
