1. Method of Payment

2. Modes of transaction

2.1 Self-pickup in entity shop by oneself
JC-STATION offers services of online ordering and self-pickup in offline entity shop. For details, please contact our online customer service or contact us through the following ways.

2.2 International Express
We will choose suitable international express deliveries to send you the goods based on the relevant information provided by you. The service of the international express is not available for mainland China for the moment.

2.3Goods reserved
If the customer needs to reserve the goods for collection at the Hong Kong store at a suitable time, the goods can be reserved by way of deposit. The specific amount of reserved deposit and the time of goods storage are as follows:
①A deposit of 10% (the price of the item) can be reserved for 14 calendar days
②A deposit of 20% (the price of the item) can be reserved for 14 calendar days
③A deposit of 30% (the price of the item) can be reserved for 14 calendar days

Warm prompt:
Customers must make an appointment with customer service at least 3 working days in advance to pick up the goods at the store.
A deposit of 30% (the price of the item) is required for Tudor brand products (21 calendar days are reserved), and customers must make an appointment with customer service at least 5 business days in advance to pick up the goods
If the reservation time exceeds, the customer has not arrived at the store to collect the goods, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking.



3. Warranty of wristwatch
All products sold by our store are brand new and genuine products and enjoy international warranty service. You can get a warranty in the brand’s officially authorized quality assurance centres around the world as long as you bring your wristwatch and international warranty card. It is not required to show our invoice.

4. Chromatic Aberration
Product pictures and information on the website are only for reference. There maybe have chromatic aberrations due to problems such as shooting lights and chromatic aberrations of different monitors. The commodities are subject to material objects. For related questions, please directly consult our online customer service.
